Here at Goddess Hour we believe it is everyone’s right to reproductive freedom and mental health care. We are dedicated to creating a powerful tribe of women and people that have resources to help them live a healthy, free, and positive lifestyle. Reproductive healthcare is complex and private. Every person has a right to bodily autonomy. Healthcare is meant to be between the doctor and the patient and no government should ever have a say in what they think is best for your body or life. I have created this page full of resources for reproductive health care, mental health, attorney general contact information, and petitions to sign to stop the war against women and people with uteruses.
Reproductive Healthcare Services
Most of you are aware of Planned Parenthood, however, if you are not, it is a non-profit organization that provides safe reproductive health care and supports reproductive freedom. They also provide free birth control, abortion care, STD testing, cancer testing, HIV testing, and free sex education. Planned Parenthood is a great organization especially for people with low income and advocates who want to get involved in protecting reproductive health care.
North West Abortion Access Fund
This is a non-profit organization that helps people in Washington, Alaska, Oregon, and Idaho find access to abortion clinics. Abortion funds come from individual donations from people who believe in reproductive health care.
Plan C
Plan C is an organization built by medical professionals to help give people resources and support for abortion. Plan C is a pill that can be mailed to your house to have a safe abortion in the comfort of your home. If you live in a state where abortion is restricted there will be further resources on this website for what you can do to have a safe rightful abortion.
Hey Jane
Hey Jane is a virtual clinic that provides safe, affordable, and supportive reproductive health care. They have medically trained professionals that you can chat with 24/7. They provide health care for people eighteen years and older and those who reside in NY, IL, CA, WA, and NM.
Mental Health Services
National Suicide Prevention Hotline
This is a 24/7 hotline dedicated to preventing suicide. They provide free confidential support for people battling suicidal thoughts and those who are in a crisis. 988
Cerebral & BetterHelp
Cerebral and BetterHelp are online mental health services that helps people find psychiatrists, therapists, medications, and so much more with or without insurance.
Local Universities
The University of Fairbanks Alaska offers free therapy sessions to students and local citizens. This is great for those who are low income, never been to therapy, or simply just need a session. Look into your local universities and see if they offer free therapy sessions too.
Take Action
Contact the department of justice! A lot of citizens of the US don’t know that SCOTUS is violating the 14th amendment and freedom of religion. Therefore, it is your right as a citizen to sue The Supreme Court. You can contact the department of Justice via this link.

Planned Parenthood is a great organization to get involved with as they have an immense amount of resources, support groups, but more importantly education.
Look into local protests
If you are in Fairbanks, the best way to find protests is through the Planned Parenthood facebook page, the Fairbanks facebook page, or if you follow me, I will be sure to announce some when I know of them on this page and all of my socials. If you are not in the local area I would go to the Planned Parenthood website and sign up for alerts about local events and protests going on in your area.
Volunteer for pro-choice politicians
Research your senators, get in contact with them and voice your concerns and ideas! Stay up to date local elections and who’s running/running up for re-election. Get involved with your community and show your support.
